Terms of use for the Issue Crawler

As is software

The Issue Crawler is as is software. We have taken all reasonable care to ensure the Issue Crawler contains no errors, viruses or defects. However, we do not warrant that this is the case. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of or connected to the use of the software.

Fair use of software

Users are asked to observe good user behaviour by not launching excessive quantities of crawls, to the detriment of other users. Should a user make excessive use, as determined by the software administrators, the user shall be warned. Failure to observe the warning may result in the withdrawal of the account.

Maintenance of the Issue Crawler
The Issue Crawler is supported and maintained by the Govcom.org Foundation. System administrators keep it running unless unforeseen circumstances prevent it.

Assigning Accounts

User account requests are granted by the Govcom.org software administrators. User account log-in details are sent directly to each user by email. Accounts may be shared.

Supporting the Issue Crawler Project - Benefits
Financial supporters of the issue crawler project are themselves supported, in the form of answers to email queries sent to info@govcom.org. Information on how to support the Issue Crawler is sent to a user exceeding ten crawls. If you wish to support the project, send correspondence to info@govcom.org. The Govcom.org Foundation will send you the usage fee schedule and other details. You also may simply contribute by sending an email to info@govcom.org and asking how and where to send the contribution.

Amending the Terms of Use

The Govcom.org Foundation reserves the right to amend the terms of use.

The Govcom.org Foundation, Amsterdam, is a non-profit foundation, operating under Dutch law, and is registered with the Kamer van Koophandel, Amsterdam, 41216917.
